Cuneo

"Evocations", a nomadic exhibition that after two years of travel in Europe ended in Cuneo and where a new donation of contemporary works of art destined for the Ars Aevi Museum in Sarajevo was presented.

This exhibition and donation demonstrate the continuity of the international commitment to solidarity of artists around the world and their clear belief in the importance of the artist's voice in safeguarding the indivisible unity of human values.

The collection of the Ars Aevi Museum in Sarajevo, founded during the war in the former Yugoslavia, includes works by internationally renowned artists, ranging from different forms of contemporary art, offering an overview of current artistic trends. The Ars Aevi Museum demonstrates the power of solidarity from the international art community.

The event was attended by the director of the Ars Avevi Museum, Senka Ibrišimbegović, the curator of the exhibition Lorand Hegyi and some of the artists who donated the works.

The 17 artists on display who have donated their works are: Ruth Barabash, Anya Belyat-Giunta, Elzevir, Andrea Fogli, Aron Gàbor, Ugo Giletta, Veronika Holcova, Marine Joatton, Lello Lopez, Christiane Löhr, Christoph Mayer, Marina Paris, Maria Pogorzelskaja, Bernardí Roig, Serse, Fabien Verschaere, Michael Ziegler.
